In an effort to promote affordable housing, the City of Toronto is seeking feedback from the public about a proposed Inclusionary Zoning By-law.
The Inclusionary Zoning By-law would amend Zoning By-law 569-2013, and has the effect of requiring all new residential developments to include affordable housing units.
