Condo corporations are responsible for complying with the Ontario Human Rights Code in a variety of different capacities; as an employer, non-profit business entity and a housing provider. Under the Ontario Human Rights Code, condo corporations are required to respect and accommodate the human rights of their workers and residents to the point of undue hardship.
