In Charlotte Santry’s article “Focus: Lawyers Optimistic About Condo Changes,” Denise talks about the upcoming changes to the Condominium Act, including the creation of a condo office, an independent body that would be responsible for owner education, dispute resolution, licensing of condominium managers and maintenance of a condominium registry.
