Condominium law is in Jake’s blood.  Having worked at a condominium law firm since the age of 18 starting as a summer student, Jake has worked closely with leading lawyers in the industry, allowing him to gain experience beyond his years.  Jake is ambitious resourceful and utilizes his experience to achieve his clients’ goals by using creative, straightforward and cost-effective solutions. The ever-changing nature of the industry and the prospect of being on the forefront of change is what motivates Jake.

Jake’s practice spans many areas of condominium law, including both corporate and litigation matters.  Jake has appeared before various levels of courts and administrative tribunals.  Jake is an active member in the Canadian Condominium Institute and has written multiple articles for the CondoVoice Magazine.

Prior to joining Lash Condo Law, Jake worked at a preeminent condominium law firm. He earned his Juris Doctor at Queen’s University Faculty of Law.

Outside of the office, Jake enjoys travelling the world and immersing himself in the different cultures it has to offer.
