Lash Condo Law is also excited to announce two additions to our legal staff:
Danielle Swartz is a new associate at Lash Condo Law. Danielle previously worked at leading family and real estate boutique law firms and developed a strong understanding of real property law, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms including mediation and arbitration. Danielle joined our office in March 2018 and has hit the ground running. She has already argued two successful motions and assisted on a multi-million dollar piece of litigation that was successfully resolved in favour of our client. As a condominium resident and member of industry associations, Danielle is passionate about condo law and looks forward to serving the clients of Lash Condo Law. For more about Danielle, and her contact particulars, please see https://www.lashcondolaw.com/danielle-swartz/.
Natalia Polis summered and articled at Lash Condo Law. Natalia has successfully completed her articles and will be called to the Bar in June 2018. Natalia will be joining Lash Condo Law as an associate upon her call to the Bar.
Natalia grew up working in her family’s condominium management business and was “nurtured” on concepts such as ledgers, common element fees, reserve funds, by-laws and proxies. As such, it is only natural that Natalia has developed an expertise in all of the recent amendments to the Condominium Act, 1998 and resulting new forms. Natalia has drafted dozens of condominium rules and policies dealing with current issues such as marijuana legalization and human rights. She has further successfully argued several Small Claims files and has obtained favourable outcomes, including at trials and at settlement conferences. Natalia is both a condo resident and active member of various condominium industry associations and looks forward to working with clients of Lash Condo Law. Natalia can be reached at 416 214 4135 / npolis@lashcondolaw.com.
