Tarion Warranty Corporation (“Tarion”) will be presenting a free webinar about condominiums on Wednesday September 20, 2017 at 7:00 p.m.
The webinar, entitled An Evening of Conversation About Condominiums, will feature Tarion experts discussing the following topics:
- Tarion’s role in protecting Ontario condo buyers
- condominium deposit protection
- interim occupancy and final closing dates
- warranty coverage for units and common elements
- warranty coverage for condominium conversions
At the end of the presentation, questions will be answered. Participants can submit questions during the webinar, as well as in advance of the webinar by e-mail sent to events@Tarion.

Tarion will also have a booth at the Toronto Fall Home Show (Booth 613) being held at the Enercare Centre from September 13 to 15, 2017.
Both of these initiatives will help educate condominium owners, prospective buyers and board members about the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act.
